What to study and what certificate to get

After passing the assessment, two certificates will be issued, namely a professional qualification (skill level) certificate and a special operation certificate. How long does it take to study

This time there are a total of 280 class hours, which need to be completed within 35 days. Meals, accommodation and study are all arranged together. Classes are held in the morning and practical exercises are carried out in the afternoon. Unified food, accommodation and unified management are implemented. There is no need to worry about logistical issues. This is equivalent to a closed welder training camp with a very tight rhythm.

The location is arranged within the district or where the town or street is located. According to general principles, the event will not be held in the village. As for the specific day when classes will start, and which specific classroom teaching will be conducted in, these arrangements will have to wait until enough people have signed up before a unified notification will be sent.

How to arrange employment

During the registration process, everyone needs to sign an employment intention agreement, but please rest assured that this process is completely voluntary and no person or organization will make any mandatory requirements.

After all training courses are completed, the training institution will directly invite relevant companies to the site, hold a special recruitment meeting, and recommend at least one high-paying job to each qualified trainee, and the specific salary amount of the position will also be clearly informed. It is not an empty promise without actual content.

Regarding which city to go to, which factory to enter, and which position to work in, you need to make the final decision yourself. The specific organization is responsible for providing relevant opportunities to you, and it is up to you to decide whether to choose or not to go.

Free of charge and subsidies

All fees, including training fees, room and board, and certification fees, are free of charge, and users don’t have to pay a penny at all. As for the two status types of poverty-stricken households and relocated households, they can also receive living subsidies on top of this. When all courses are completed, the result is equivalent to receiving a sum of financial income in reverse.
