Those two large gantry CNC machines belong to us. One of them has a processing width of 2.7 meters and a height of 1.2 meters, and the other is 1.8 meters wide. They are all equipped with side milling heads. The new machines purchased in 2021 ensure high rigidity and high precision. They are also suitable for processing large racks, cabinet weldments, and large mechanical plates. It can accept standard or non-standard parts with widths ranging from 1 meter to 5 meters, and there is no need for secondary splicing.

In addition to the large gantry, we have 1 four-axis equipment, 1 1580 type equipment with side milling head, 1 3+2 false five-axis equipment, and 10 850 small machines. These equipment can meet the needs of dealing with complex curved surfaces, realize multi-angle drilling needs, and achieve milling needs. For example, when welding parts require side processing, five-axis equipment can reduce the number of clampings, thereby improving efficiency.
