At the training meeting, the person in charge of the Technical Section of the Municipal Bureau clearly pointed out that the riveting and welding repair stations established at designated locations are the key to ensuring the efficient operation of agricultural machinery.

Technical training fills management gaps

The training course focused on the site selection criteria for fixed-point riveting and welding repair stations, introduced its equipment configuration, and also explained the personnel qualification requirements. According to the requirements, each model cooperative must be equipped with at least one fixed-point maintenance station, which is no more than 5 kilometers away from the cooperative and equipped with electric welding machines and gas cutting equipment of more than 200 amps. The Fumin Cooperative in Woyang County uses the model of "the cooperative builds its own maintenance points" to train a certified welder and control the maintenance cost within 800 yuan per month.

Dynamic management improves service quality

The Bozhou Municipal Agricultural Machinery Bureau stated that in the future, it will implement dynamic management of fixed-point riveting and welding repair stations of cooperatives. Maintenance records and equipment conditions will be checked every quarter. Repair stations that fail to meet the standards twice in a row will be disqualified as fixed-point repair stations. Before the end of 2026, all municipal model cooperatives in the city must complete the construction of fixed-point repair stations; the municipal bureau will also organize a maintenance skills competition to select 10 outstanding fixed-point repair stations.
