The maintenance team of 38 people is on the front line
From March to April, the Yandu District Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension Service Station established a maintenance team, which consists of 38 agricultural machinery technology volunteers and corporate after-sales backbones. They were divided into multiple groups and went to various agricultural machinery cooperatives and the homes of large agricultural machinery owners to perform free repairs and maintenance on agricultural machinery. According to the statistics of the service station, Yandu has strengthened its agricultural machinery services to ensure production. Within two months, the team has serviced more than 200 agricultural machinery and tools, focusing on solving common faults of rice transplanters, drones and other equipment. Join military cooperatives to become a model for targeted assistance
Jiabing Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperative, as the station's key target for pairing, has already formed a fixed maintenance service mechanism. Starting this year, the service station dispatched three senior technicians to conduct on-site training in three batches for the cooperative's maintenance backbone to ensure that each backbone can master core maintenance skills. At the same time, the service station will regularly teach the cooperatives the operating skills of new equipment such as high-clearance boom sprayers and deep side fertilizer spreaders, achieving a state of "no omission coverage" in services. At present, the cooperative has more than 200 members and 156 sets (sets) of various types of machinery. Its operation scope has expanded to Anhui, Shandong and other provinces.
12 training sessions and technical services provided to 106 people
It has organized 12 on-site trainings of various types. This year, the station is to promote intelligent green agricultural machinery, with a total of 106 technical services provided. The training content covers key aspects such as precise pesticide application by plant protection drones and ecological plowing and returning straw to fields, focusing on solving practical problems such as unskilled operation and untimely maintenance. Through these trainings, agricultural machinery operators not only improved their maintenance skills, but also learned how to make full use of the resources of designated maintenance stations, significantly reducing the idle time of machinery.
The penetration rate of green agricultural machinery has soared to 80%
With technical support provided by designated maintenance stations, the rate of upgrading agricultural machinery in Yandu District has accelerated. Since last year, the district has added 35 high-speed rice transplanters and 107 unmanned plant protection machines. At the same time, 12 side-deep fertilizer spreaders related to supporting rice transplanters and 43 ecological plows have been promoted. 75 units (sets) of large and medium-sized agricultural machinery were scrapped and replaced. The penetration rate of agricultural machinery with low fuel consumption, high efficiency and "low carbon" attributes has reached 80%. These changes directly promote the improvement of the mechanization level of the entire grain production process.
How fixed-point repair stations can become a "reassurance pill" for cooperatives
Last year, the Jiabing Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperative's operating area exceeded 200,000 acres, and its machinery went to the three northeastern provinces to carry out operations. The designated maintenance stations enable the cooperative to "respond to every request" through regular door-to-door inspections, establishment of maintenance files, and storage of key spare parts.
